When low hiring and retention rates hindered their ability to respond to emergencies, we deployed a full cycle recruiting program to facilitate over 2,000 annual hires for various roles, including blood collection specialists. 

We sourced candidates best suited for the unique schedule and demands of the in-scope positions, resulting in reduced turnover and increased employee satisfaction. What’s more? The program could easily scale to care for hiring needs in high and low volume periods. 

We greatly reduced the client’s time-to-start and achieved a 98% fill rate average for each hiring class, with extremely high client satisfaction. We even mobilized to source and hire 100 roles in 3 business days in response to a hurricane.
